Further notes and links The Deadmines lie beneath the Defias camp at Moonbrook in Westfall. The Classic route passes through mines and workshops to the large ship inside. It reveals an organised power behind the raids on the surface.
Edwin VanCleef leads the Defias Brotherhood. As former leader of the Stonemasons’ Guild, he helped rebuild Stormwind. His later dispute with the nobility ties his story to the city’s political past.
