How to plan your build

  1. Assign points

Click a talent to add a rank. Right-click to remove one. Shift + click assigns as many ranks as possible.

  2. Check prerequisites

Some talents require other points in the same tree or a specific prerequisite talent. The calculator respects these requirements and the 16-point limit.

  3. Save or share

Name your build and save it on this device. Use “Copy link” to share the allocation without an account.

Which tree suits your character?

Professions

For gathering and crafting characters: extra yields, benefits when processing materials and cheaper vendor purchases. Pick perks for the professions you actually use.

Adventure

For questing and travel: rest, exploration and flight paths. Check the prerequisites for your target talent before spending your remaining points.

Resourcefulness

For everyday adventuring: longer buffs, less durability loss, reputation and Honor. Combine practical benefits that fit how you play.

Understanding Legacy points

How do I unlock Legacy?

Earn your first Legacy point, for example by reaching level 25 or skill 150 in a non-gathering primary profession. More points come from challenges involving classes, professions, PvP, adventure, dungeons and raids.

Do I get 16 points in each tree?

No. At launch, each character can spend 16 points in total across all three trees. Earned points are shared across your account; each character chooses a separate allocation.

Does Legacy use my class talent points?

No. Legacy points and class talent points are separate. Plan profession perks and travel benefits independently of your combat specialization.
