Tirisfal was part of Lordaeron’s heartland. In Classic, the Forsaken begin their new existence here; Undercity lies beneath the ruined capital.
The landscape bears the scars of the plague. Mindless undead and the Scarlet Crusade oppose the Forsaken. The region’s history follows both the collapse of a human kingdom and its undead inhabitants’ difficult claim to a future of their own.
