Watch the tank and cleanse dangerous effects early. Use Holy Shock when you need to move or someone needs immediate healing. For party healing, place Light’s Vigil on a suitable ally and trigger it with Holy Shock.
Check your Mana and range to the tank before the pull. Call for a drink before the next group is pulled, and agree on dangerous effects you need to remove.

Heal the ally who would not survive the next hit first. An extra damage spell can wait when you can save someone or remove a dangerous effect instead.
Match your heal to the damage taken. Keep Mana for the next dangerous pull and call early when you are running low so the tank can adjust.
Look for healing power, enough Mana and regeneration for longer fights. Keep enough Stamina to survive the hits that reach you despite good positioning.
Content
Agree on your healing job before the boss. Use the following priorities to plan your spells and Mana around the parts of the fight that matter.
Agree with the other healers on your targets and Mana support. Stand where you can still reach your assignment after the next movement.
Assign healing and blessings before pulling.
Light’s Vigil heals the target’s party; one Paladin does not automatically cover the whole raid.
Plan Divine Favor for specific healing spikes.
Watch for the next dangerous hit. If your target is safe and already being healed, another large cast may not help. Keep Mana for when it is needed.
Choose heals that let you finish your assignment, not just the current moment. Small gaps do not always need your most expensive spell. Call low Mana before the next phase.

Find a position where you can reach your team and move into cover when threatened. Respond to the enemy attack and coordinate your saves with your allies.
Agree on who you will support and where you will retreat under pressure. Stagger control and defensive abilities so you have an answer to the next attack too.
Secure cover and range first.
Use Voice of Truth against silence and interrupts; cleansing, Freedom and Protection may beat another heal.
When pressured, create time to heal with cover, team help or a suitable defensive. Do not spend every save on the same enemy attack.
Keep Mana for the next enemy attack. Use quieter moments to reposition, and tell your team early if you can no longer heal safely.
