WoW Forever starter dungeons: quests, bosses and loot worth the run
Plan your first WoW Forever dungeon run with faction quests, maps and boss loot. Find Venomstrike in Wailing Caverns or a cloak in the Deadmines.

Check the quest log while the group fills
It's a long walk back to Westfall when you reach the Deadmines and realise you're a step behind on the Defias chain. Open the dungeon checklist while you're still looking for a fifth. You'll see who offers each quest, which ones you can collect on the way and which chains to start a few levels earlier.
Pick a first run close to home
Questing in Dun Morogh? The Hall of Thanes lies beneath Ironforge. In Tirisfal, look for the Ruins of Lordaeron above the Undercity. If your group is heading for one of the early classics, jump straight to its checklist below.
The Deadmines
Start the Defias chain at Sentinel Hill. If you've picked up the Dwarven District quests, complete them in the tunnels before the portal at Moonbrook.

Both factions can stop in Ratchet for quests. At the cave mouth, climb up to Nalpak and Ebru before you head down to the water.

If your hunter needs a bow, put Lord Serpentis on your Wailing Caverns list: he can drop Venomstrike. After the Cape of the Brotherhood instead? You’ll need to make it all the way to Edwin VanCleef in the Deadmines. Each guide separates gear from quest items and points out the rare spawns and fights you have to trigger.

Pack a meal. Is the sleeping bag worth a detour?
Before the first pull, eat a cooked meal whose tooltip grants extra experience from kills. Bring a spare serving. At level 14 you can also start the Cozy Sleeping Bag chain and earn a 12-slot bag along the way. If your group is already gathering at the entrance, save that cross-continent trip for another session.
