As a Bear, position enemies and keep them on you. As a Cat, attack targets your tank has secured. Before switching jobs, check your position and gear: changing form alone is not enough.
Agree on the main target and your interrupts before the pull. Check which enemies will be controlled, and wait for secure tank threat before starting area damage.

Budget Mana for form changes and Shifting Power.
Deal with dangerous enemies first. A stopped cast and a controlled enemy left untouched often help more than extra area damage.
Use a defensive before predictable damage. Offensive cooldowns pay off when the target will live long enough and you can safely keep attacking.
As a Bear, look for armor, Stamina and secure threat. As a Cat, look for suitable offensive stats and reliable hits. Check both jobs separately rather than assuming one gear set fits everything.
Keep enemies together rather than pulling bigger groups every time. Bring a distant caster in with line of sight or an appropriate interrupt.

Save your strong attacks for time you can actually hit the boss. When an important add appears, prepare your next actions for that target.
Check target switches and movement before the fight. Plan offensive abilities for time you can spend attacking, and let the tank establish the pull.
Separate tank and Cat assignments before pulling.
Shifting Power converts Mana into Energy; old Tiger’s Fury and outdated powershifting instructions are not the current rotation.
Plan Berserk for your actual role.
Switch to an important add even when your rotation is going well. Prepare resources for the switch and use downtime to find a better position.
Use offensive abilities during reliable attack time. Reconsider if you are about to move away from the target. Keep an appropriate defensive ready for predictable damage.

Hold the agreed position and prepare for the next dangerous hit. Call early when you need help or a swap is uncertain, not after the hit lands.

Attack with your team and keep a way back. Line up damage and control so a good opening is not wasted on a target you cannot reach or one using strong defenses.
Pick a shared target and agree on control. Engage when your team can follow, and keep a position your healer can still reach.
Combine Cat attacks with Bear durability and selective healing.
A shifted Druid is immune to new disarms, but shifting does not remove a disarm applied beforehand.
Watch the enemy’s control and defensive abilities. A target switch or helping your healer can do more than continuing to hit the best-protected enemy.
Commit offensive abilities when control and range let you attack. Keep a defensive answer for the counterattack and adjust when the enemy uses protection.

Peel enemies off vulnerable allies and make space at the objective. Surviving alone matters when your team can use the time you gain.
