Prepare the tank with Rejuvenation or Regrowth. Swiftmend needs a suitable healing effect already running. Use Wild Growth for several injured allies rather than simply because the ability is ready.
Check your Mana and range to the tank before the pull. Call for a drink before the next group is pulled, and agree on dangerous effects you need to remove.

Use Wild Growth on injured, reachable groups.
Heal the ally who would not survive the next hit first. An extra damage spell can wait when you can save someone or remove a dangerous effect instead.
Match your heal to the damage taken. Keep Mana for the next dangerous pull and call early when you are running low so the tank can adjust.
Look for healing power, enough Mana and regeneration for longer fights. Keep enough Stamina to survive the hits that reach you despite good positioning.
Content
Agree on your healing job before the boss. Use the following priorities to plan your spells and Mana around the parts of the fight that matter.
Agree with the other healers on your targets and Mana support. Stand where you can still reach your assignment after the next movement.
Place ongoing heals for the damage phase and limit wasteful overlap.
Assign Innervate and Rebirth before combat rather than assuming separate emergency plans.
Watch for the next dangerous hit. If your target is safe and already being healed, another large cast may not help. Keep Mana for when it is needed.
Choose heals that let you finish your assignment, not just the current moment. Small gaps do not always need your most expensive spell. Call low Mana before the next phase.

Find a position where you can reach your team and move into cover when threatened. Respond to the enemy attack and coordinate your saves with your allies.
Agree on who you will support and where you will retreat under pressure. Stagger control and defensive abilities so you have an answer to the next attack too.
Apply ongoing heals before moving, use cover and plan form changes.
Keep Nature’s Swiftness as a rescue tool and answer pursuit without losing sight of your team.
When pressured, create time to heal with cover, team help or a suitable defensive. Do not spend every save on the same enemy attack.
Keep Mana for the next enemy attack. Use quieter moments to reposition, and tell your team early if you can no longer heal safely.

Plan your buildThis content has talent priorities rather than a leveling preset; the linked calculator opens without a preset allocation.
Movement speed rises by 2% per 5 seconds moving, up to 60%. Damage or standing still reduces the effect. Does not increase mounted speed.
Increases total Health by 5%.
Alliance: increases Health and Mana regeneration by 50% for 15 seconds. Using it at a leyline grants Attuned for 1 hour, raising the bonus to 100%. Attuned persists through death. Cannot be used during Innervate; Innervate replaces the effect. Castable while moving. Removed on entering a raid.
Horde: increases movement speed by 15% for 15 seconds. Using it at an elemental convergence grants Charged for 1 hour, raising the bonus to 30%. Charged persists through death. Castable while moving. Removed on entering a raid.
Increases melee, ranged and spell haste by 2%.
